After two enriching and insightful monthly programs, we are now extremely excited to host a RESIDENTIAL WINTER CAMP for children of 8-16 years of age.

The PRIMARY OBJECTIVES of the camp are:

  • To build a sense of COMMUNITY LIVING in children, wherein they would carry on all the essential day-to-day activities, play games and do a lot a of other activities, collaboratively, as a community.

  • To help them REDUCE DEPENDENCY on external resources, and instead use natural 'material resources' available in the immediate environment and 'human resources' available in the community.

  • To help them learn to take important decisions of day-to-day life and help them plan for and execute those creatively.

  • To give them a space and help them EXPRESS their hidden and otherwise unspoken issues, feelings and emotions, REFLECT & SHARE about those with each other.

  • To help them explore ways in which they can have loads of fun, enjoy to the fullest and LEARN throughout the process, without a lot of "digital sources" of entertainment.

LIFE skills and values that this camp might help to inculcate:
